Maternal Health Program

""

HOPES is thrilled to introduce our Maternal Health Program, specifically for pregnant women engaged in substance use. Our team is currently recruiting mom’s early in their pregnancy journey for maternal health.

Opioid history or opioid use disorder to be eligible for this program.

The Maternal Health Program will expand access to critical maternal and infant health services, including:

Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) during pregnancy

Buprenorphine is a safe medicine for pregnancy. It lowers cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It also reduces the risk of overdose and helps protect the fetus.

Patients get care from a collaborative team approach. Our goal at HOPES is for a healthy pregnancy and babies.

Nurse and a Patient

paying for care

HOPES takes most insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. HOPES also cares for uninsured patients. Our Intake and Eligibility team meets with all new patients to make sure they can get the care they need.

commonly accepted insurances

**For any HMO insurance plan, patients will need to contact their insurance to assign HOPES as their provider before they are scheduled.  If their insurance is not listed, they can contact HOPES or their insurance to see if HOPES is in-network.

*HOPES accepts patients regardless of their insurance status, if you are un-insured or under-insured, we want to make sure you get the care you need and deserve.  If you don’t have insurance, we use a sliding fee scale which adjusts cost based on what you can afford to pay.
