Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) offers radiology services at our 5th Street Clinic. Patients can get x-rays or ultrasounds that their provider orders right in the HOPES Clinic during an appointment.
State-of-the-art ultrasound
HOPES offers ultrasound at our 5th Street Clinic with 3D imaging. Ultrasound can be used to check for blood clots or cysts, evaluate blood flow, check for joint swelling, and help with other procedures. Ultrasound uses no radiation so it is safe to use on kids and adults, including those with metal implants. It is also less expensive than an MRI or CT scan. Purchase of the ultrasound machine was made possible by the William N. Pennington Foundation.
