Prescription Refill
The easiest and fastest way to refill a prescription is to contact the pharmacy where you first got the prescription (e.g. Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) pharmacy, CVS, Walmart).
If your prescription was filled at the HOPES pharmacy, there are several ways to request a refill.
- Call the pharmacy at 775-348-1306, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
If possible, have your prescription number when you call as well as the patient’s name and date of birth. - Use the RxLocal app (see next section)
