Northern Nevada HOPES is approved for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program!  This position may be eligible for this Loan Repayment program.

Our Primary Care Mid-level will provide excellent, evidence-based care as a member of a treatment team. You will practice Primary Care for children through the elderly and carry an established caseload of patients.

We are looking for:

• A Physician’s Assistant or APRN with a specialty in in primary care licensed in the State of Nevada; evidence-based and team based
• An excellent, experienced primary care provider (3+ years)
• A passionate provider with a heart for our mission and  our patients
• A superb communicator, helping patients connect with their primary team and other services
• An agility expert; this position will require flexibility plus!
