HOPES is seeking a full time an experienced and compassionate to perform the functions of the clinic Registered Nurse. We are seeking an RN who will enhance our dynamic and impressive Medical team! The chosen candidate should possess a great attitude, a passion for learning, a commitment to helping others and excellent customer service.

Applicant Must Haves:

• RN/BSN with at least 2 years of experience, licensed in the state of Nevada.
• Don’t be a jerk . . . because we need you to be compassionate along with all of your strong nursing experience!
• The Senior Engagement RN, under the supervision and direction of the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operations Officer, develops, implements, evaluates and manages the care and education of geriatric patients in the community.
• This nurse will work within the multidisciplinary team at HOPES to plan and coordinate care for senior citizens that lack access to medical care.
• Duties to include outreach to senior population and implementation of the Medicare Wellness visits at HOPES. HOPES has an integrated team model approach to patient care.
• Part of the RN’s responsibility will include participation in organization wide Patient Centered Medical Home activities to enhance patient care.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• The Senior Engagement Nurse will enhance our already awesome team . . . really!!! This amazing team needs you to possess a great attitude, have a passion for life-long learning, embrace feedback while demonstrating a suburb commitment to helping one another, and provide extraordinary service to all.
• Love to learn a little bit every day & know how important the little details are to building credibility and trust amongst your fellow colleagues. Maybe provide us with some examples on how you do this. We definitely feel that computer literacy is key in this position.
• Well-developed presentation skills and the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Brag to us about how you’ve been able to work independently.
