Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) provides holistic sexual healthcare for all community members. Sexual healthcare includes disease prevention and treatment, family planning (including contraception), and medical care.

Change Point Walk-in Clinic

Some of HOPES sexual health services are located inside our Change Point Clinic, including HIV and sexually-transmitted infection testing, PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention, and safe sex kits. We offer compassionate care for all members of our community and advocate for medically underserved groups.

Gender and Sexual Healthcare Clinic

The Barry Frank Family Gender and Sexual Healthcare Clinic at HOPES provides gender-affirming resources, case management, and financial support for individuals who are transitioning.
