As the Director of Data Analytics, Gautam will be responsible for leading the data department and providing strategic, data-driven insight to the leadership team on ways to maximize the organization’s growth through a shared approach to data analytics, data management, and data strategy.

Gautam joined HOPES in 2016 as a Data Scientist. He has worked with all facets of the organization to help increase access to services and improve the quality of care delivered to HOPES’ patients. He’s created a data focused environment within the agency, so HOPES can make informed decisions in a timely manner.

As the Director of Communications, Ingvoldstad will expand HOPES’ brand awareness, create strategic initiatives to increase patient recruitment, staff recruitment and donations to the organization, ensuring its long-term sustainability and success.

Ingvoldstad joined HOPES in 2017 as the Commutations Coordinator where she worked closely with each department, implementing internal communications, expanding external communication and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness throughout the region.
