HOPES Employee of the Month – Robert Harding

Robert has been with HOPES for just over 4 years as part of the Harm Reduction an Outreach Team. His role is to act as a bridge in the community, providing rapid HIV and hepatitis C testing, along with outreach and counseling on harm reduction.

“We provide people with the tools, education, and awareness to safely use drugs and have safer sex while avoiding sexually transmitted infections.”

His favorite part of his job: “I love the people I meet and the interactions I have with the people from every walk of life. Each day is a new learning experience, and each encounter is a chance to impact the lives of those we work with.”
