Northern Nevada HOPES invites you to Explore HOPES and learn a New Way to do Healthcare in our brand NEW clinic, The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center, located in the ‘Corridor of Hope’ on East 4th Street.
You’re invited to tour The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center, adjacent to the Washoe County-operated Cares Campus (our community’s homeless shelter) and across from Hope Springs (HOPES’ bridge housing community), and learn about our comprehensive medical and behavioral healthcare services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment, an Intensive Outpatient Program, an on-site pharmacy, and a new service – our Walk-in Clinic, open to all – after all, HOPES is for everyone!
