We’re hosting our HOPES Holiday Health Fair over two convenient dates and times:
- Wednesday, December 11: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Thursday, December 12: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Location: Northern Nevada HOPES, 1905 E 4th St., Reno, NV 89512.
At this festive health event, you can meet our Patient Access team, learn more about our healthcare services, and complete your Medicaid enrollment in a welcoming, supportive environment.
What You’ll Find at the HOPES Holiday Health Fair
The HOPES Holiday Health Fair is designed to make it easy for you to enroll in Medicaid and explore healthcare options at HOPES. Here’s what you can expect:
- Medicaid Enrollment Assistance: Our Patient Access team will guide you through the Medicaid enrollment process and answer questions.
- Laptop & AirPods Giveaways: Every attendee who enrolls in Medicaid and/or becomes a HOPES patient will be entered into our raffle for a chance to win a laptop or AirPods—perfect for work, school, or staying connected.
- Free Food and Refreshments: Enjoy delicious food and snacks while learning about our services in a warm and festive atmosphere.
What to Bring to Enroll in Medicaid at the HOPES Holiday Health Fair
To complete your Medicaid enrollment onsite, please bring the following documents to ensure a smooth process:
- Valid ID: Examples include a driver’s license or passport.
- Social Security Number(s): Required for everyone applying for coverage.
- Proof of Income for the Last 30 Days: This could include recent paystubs, a 2023 income tax return, or an award letter.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill or rental agreement can serve as proof of address.
If any additional documents are needed, the Welfare office will provide an Insufficient Verification letter with a deadline for submitting the missing items.
