HOPES is expanding adult primary care services and opening an Intensive Outpatient Program at our NEW Bell Street Clinic – right across the street from HOPES’ 5th Street Clinic.

Intensive Outpatient Program
Northern Nevada HOPES is now offering an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as a way for patients to address emotional issues, substance use, or trauma and resume their daily lives. This program will provide a level of care between traditional outpatient therapy and inpatient hospitalization.
We have made it our mission to make this type of treatment more available so people struggling with substance use, mental health disorders or behavioral issues can get the help they need.
This program is individually designed for adults, ages 18 and older, who are experiencing behavioral, substance use or emotional difficulties. The Intensive Outpatient Program may also be helpful for adults when stepping down from inpatient hospitalization or residential care, so they can transition back into their family and community successfully.
The Program will include individual therapy and group therapy, and treatment will be tailored to meet each patient’s needs.
Intensive Outpatient Program Referrals
For the first few months, eligible IOP patients will only include in-house referrals from HOPES and later will open to professional and self-referral from the community. More details coming soon.
Cost
We offer discounted services using a Sliding Fee Scale to qualifying patients and also accept private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and Nevada Check-up.
