We accept all kinds of insurance: Medicaid, Medicare or no insurance at all (No worries, we provide services on a sliding fee scale).

Services include primary care appointments, STD testing, pediatric care, psychiatry, behavioral health services, and pharmacy. (Walk-in testing for HIV and Hep C ONLY)

The YOU is a walk-in center in downtown Reno for homeless, runaway, foster and other at-risk youth between the ages of 12–21. Youth visitors can access “care and comfort services” including showers, laundry vouchers, snacks, clothing, free wi-fi, cell phone charging, a tech lab and the Chill Zone – a safe space to spend time off the streets.

Confidential health services for teenagers 12-19. Low-cost STD and HIV/AIDS testing and treatment. Family planning services and birth control counseling with most kinds of birth control available. Pregnancy testing and counseling. Counseling on teen health issues (referrals given).

Appointments required, limited assistance to walk-ins.
