Northern Nevada HOPES is a community health and wellness center in Reno, NV. Our expert care teams provide integrated medical and wellness services to individuals and families in our community. We welcome everyone, wherever they are in life, and provide a safe and accepting place to access comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services.

The Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Center
A State of the Art Medical Facility
Northern Nevada HOPES completed the Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Center in early 2016. The new three-story, 38,000 square foot community wellness center will help revitalize downtown Reno and provide a medical home to an estimated 10,000 patients by 2017.
Building a Healthier Community
Northern Nevada HOPES is transforming healthcare in our community. By offering medical and wellness services that address homelessness, poverty, addiction, chronic disease, and behavioral health issues, HOPES is reducing barriers to care and improving health outcomes for patients.
Integrated Care Teams
At HOPES, every patient has access to an onsite care team of physicians, clinical staff, pharmacists, behavioral health providers, and case managers. These interdisciplinary care teams help coordinate patient care while addressing the entire spectrum of a person’s wellbeing.
Healthcare for All Ages
From children to adults and seniors, Northern Nevada HOPES now provides healthcare for patients of all ages. The new building features three dedicated clinic pods—the Montoya Pediatric Clinic, the Adult Clinic, and the Wellness Clinic—which offers the most comprehensive, personal healthcare in northern Nevada.

HOPES History
Founded in 1997, HOPES began as a comprehensive care center providing out-patient health services, programs and education for those living with HIV/AIDS.
In 2012, expanded into a Federally Qualified Health Center and started providing primary health care to adults along with chronic disease management.
In early 2016, HOPES completed its three-story, 38,000-square-foot medical facility: The Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Center.
