Cassi is deeply passionate about behavioral health, believing that every child and family deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes early intervention, empathy, and collaboration can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where children and their families can explore challenges, build resilience, and strengthen their relationships. Helping children and their families discover their strengths and supporting them in navigating life’s complexities is central to her work.
Cassi joined NN HOPES to be part of an organization that puts people first and works to remove barriers to care. HOPES’ commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive care aligns with her belief that quality behavioral health care should be available to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Being at HOPES also allows her to collaborate with a team dedicated to equity, inclusion, and creating lasting positive change in the community.
Outside of work, Cassi stays active by going to the gym and teaching dance, a lifelong passion. She also teaches in the University of Nevada, Reno’s social work department. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories with her children.
