State-of-the-art ultrasound
Northern Nevada HOPES offers diagnostic imaging services, including x-rays and 3D ultrasounds, at our 5th Street Clinic. Ultrasounds are a versatile tool used to check for blood clots, cysts, joint swelling, and evaluate blood flow, as well as assist with various procedures. Unlike MRIs or CT scans, ultrasounds are more affordable and use no radiation, making them safe for both children and adults, including those with metal implants. Please note that both x-rays and ultrasounds require a provider’s order. The purchase of our ultrasound machine was generously funded by the William N. Pennington Foundation.
Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) offers radiology services at our 5th Street Clinic. Patients can get x-rays or ultrasounds that their provider orders right in the HOPES Clinic during an appointment.
COMPREHENSIVE LAB SERVICES
HOPES staff completes the blood draw or sample collection at the 4th and 5th Street locations, and then the samples we collect are sent to local labs to finish the testing process. All common lab tests that are required to manage health are available at HOPES.
Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES), has a lab right inside our 4th and 5th Street Clinics to make it convenient for our patients to have tests done. If a HOPES doctor, or other medical provider, recommends a lab test, you can simply go to the first floor of the 4th Street Clinic or the second floor of the 5th Street Clinic to get it done.
Lab hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
