Prescription Refill

The easiest and fastest way to refill a prescription is to contact the pharmacy where you first got the prescription (e.g. Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) pharmacy, CVS, Walmart).

If your prescription was filled at the HOPES pharmacy, there are several ways to request a refill.

  1. Call the pharmacy at 775-348-1306, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    If possible, have your prescription number when you call as well as the patient’s name and date of birth.
  2. Use the RxLocal app (see next section)
  3. Fill out the form below

The HOPES pharmacy has an app to make refilling prescriptions and communicating with pharmacy staff easy for our patients. Four ways to get the app:

  1. Scan the QR code on a pharmacy receipt
