Notes About the HOPES Pharmacy
The pharmacy can only fill prescriptions for HOPES patients.
For the fastest refill experience
Call our Automated Response System at (775) 348-1306. You will receive a text when your prescription is ready to pick up.
For all new prescriptions from the HOPES clinic:
- Stop by the pharmacy to authorize the filling of the prescription.
NOTE: Without your authorization the prescription will be placed on hold, waiting for a request to be filled.
Upon final refill of all prescription medications:
- Ask the pharmacy to request additional refills from your provider.
- Allow 3–4 business days for your provider to respond to the refill requests.
- If there is no response after 4 days, speak with a Pharmacist.
If Nevada is experiencing bad weather and the I-80 pass is closed, it can delay our shipments of medication. During the winter, it may be necessary to request medication fills further ahead of time.
If we are out of stock of a certain medication, HOPES pharmacists can order the medication and it is generally back in stock on the next business day after 12 pm.
