Biography:
Rachel Roberts has been working in healthcare for over 20 years, beginning her career as a Medical Assistant before becoming a Registered Nurse and now a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANP) and began practicing as an Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Rachel is passionate about healthcare because it allows her to make a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Rachel joined HOPES to help reach populations that have historically been overlooked. She is committed to treating her patients as she would care for her own family, always working to find answers and solutions. Her specialties at HOPES include Primary Care and Addiction Medicine.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new ways to grow in her practice. She values compassion and connection in every aspect of her life.
