Kristi holds a special place in her heart for behavioral health, recognizing it as a core issue in society and culture that is often overlooked. She understands that behavioral health is not just about “fixing” behaviors, but about fostering self-compassion, patience, understanding, and curiosity about oneself and the world.
Kristi joined HOPES because it was the community she grew up in and the organization that provided her family with care and support. She has always been committed to working with her community and ensuring others have access to the same mental health resources she benefited from. HOPES has allowed her to give back and increase access to mental health care in communities that have historically lacked the opportunity to prioritize it.
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys learning new crocheting patterns, hiking and exploring forests, and spending time with her family.
