Optum RX Network Mailed Prescriptions Suspension

HOPES can no longer mail prescriptions to patients within the OptumRx network.

OptumRx is a pharmacy benefits manager which contracts with insurance companies to provide pharmacy benefits throughout their network. Unfortunately, as a participant within the network, we are prohibited from mailing prescriptions and suspending this service.  HOPES pharmacy is actively pursuing solutions with OptumRx and until a resolution is reached our primary focus is your health and wellbeing.

Please contact HOPES pharmacy staff for medication pick up options and if you live in the Reno/Sparks area we offer free medication delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify all patients once a resolution is reached.

Thank you for your understanding. HOPES Pharmacy is committed to serving our patients, please call the pharmacy with any questions.

The HOPES Pharmacy phone number is (775) 348-1306. Pharmacy hours are Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
