March 30 is Doctor’s Day and we’re taking the opportunity to highlight our doctors and providers and their dedicated work for our patients.

At HOPES, primary care is the door to all our wrap-around services. Our medical providers are often part of the first HOPES staff members our patients interact with. They collaborate with our patients to understand their specific health and wellness needs and work together to improve all aspects of the patient’s health.

Our compassionate team of medical providers specialize in pediatric care, family medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, psychiatry, and addiction. For the best health outcomes, HOPES patients are encouraged to visit with their medical provider at least annually.

“We encourage all our patients to visit their provider at least once a year for their annual wellness visit. Having this annual connection with your provider helps establish trust, allows the provider to get a better understanding of your health care preferences and identify health issues before they become serious,” said HOPES’ Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Natalie Vogel. “Additionally, since primary care is a pathway for HOPES patients to our wrap-around services, it’s important for our providers to know our patients at all levels of their health.”
