On April 24, 2014, Northern Nevada HOPES will join 60 cities across North America for Dining Out For Life – an annual fundraising event benefitting HIV/AIDS service organizations across the country.
Whether you are Bruce Wayne, Clark Kent, or Diana Price, you too can be a Dining Out For Life superhero in the fight against HIV/AIDS:
1. Become a Dining Out For Life Sponsor or Participating Restaurant -Sponsors and Participating Restaurants receive months of good will from the major marketing campaign leading up to and after the event.
2. Become a Dining Out For Life Host – Pick your favorite restaurant and invite your friends, coworkers and family members to support a great cause by dining there on April 24th.
3. Become a Dining Out For Life Volunteer Ambassador – Pick your favorite restaurant and represent HOPES during breakfast, lunch or dinner, and we’ll prep you to share information about our programs and services.
4. Spread the word about Dining Out For Life – Invite your friends and family to participate in Dining Out For Life by sharing our DOFL graphic and text on Facebook and Twitter.
5. Make a reservation at a participating Dining Out For Life restaurant – By simply dining out at a participating restaurant on April 24th, you’re making a contribution to help fight HIV & AIDS in Reno and all of northern Nevada. Thank you!
6. Fill out a raffle card and make a donation of at least $5 to win the grand prize of 2 round-trip tickets on Southwest Airlines. Every diner will receive a raffle card to enter our drawing for dinners, room stays & more.

DINING OUT FOR LIFE KICK-OFF PARTY
On Friday, April 11th, HOPES will be hosting our first Dining Out For Life Kick-Off Party in conjunction with South Reno Food Truck Fest.
We invite you to join us for a night of great food truck dining, indoor seating, live music and more as we get ready for Dining Out For Life on April 24th.
The event will feature ten food trucks including the Battle Born Truck who have partnered with HOPES on this first ever Dining Out For Life Kick-off party! We will be handing out Dining Out For Life restaurant guides, HOPES information and more.
The Kick-Off Party will be held from 5pm to 9pm at the Damonte Family Event Center at Sage Hill – 7370 Desert Way, Reno, NV 89521.
