In the HOPES parking lot (please use the entrance on 5th Street) *No appointment needed*

  • Flu shots available for adults and children 4 and older
  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arms
  • All occupants in your car (4 and older) must wear a face covering
  • Formas disponibles en espanol/ paperwork available in Spanish
  • *Flu vaccines only available to HOPES patients*
  • *Flu Vaccine based on availability*
