In the HOPES parking lot (please use the entrance on 5th Street) *No appointment needed*
- Flu shots available for adults and children 4 and older
- Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arms
- All occupants in your car (4 and older) must wear a face covering
- Formas disponibles en espanol/ paperwork available in Spanish
- *Flu vaccines only available to HOPES patients*
- *Flu Vaccine based on availability*
