Patient Portal
You can get to the Northern Nevada HOPES (HOPES) Patient Portal through the Healow™ Smartphone App. The Patient Portal offers you a simple and direct way to take care of some of your healthcare needs, including:
- Send your provider a message
- Make a payment
- See all your medications
- Get test results
- Join a telehealth visit
Provider & Patient Communication through Patient Portal:
To ensure the privacy and security of your health information, we are updating our communication practices. All electronic communication regarding your care—including forms, documents, and messages—must be conducted through our secure Patient Portal.
The Patient Portal is designed to protect your personal health information (PHI) and ensure that all records are securely stored in your medical chart. This helps us maintain data integrity, support timely care, and meet compliance standards.
In addition to the Patient Portal, we will continue to support communication through phone calls and tele-visits as appropriate.

Healow™ smartphone app
Once you become a HOPES patient, you will be issued a username and password for our Healow™ smartphone app. You can set it up in four easy steps:
- Download the Healow™ app from App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Search our practice by entering practice code NHOPES.
- Enter your issued portal username and password to login (you will have the opportunity to change it after you create an account).
- Set up your PIN to securely access your health records.
