Northern Nevada HOPES Mental Health Access Clinic (MHAC) offers a caring team, a welcoming space, and faster access to support. We’re here to help you start feeling better, sooner.

You don’t need to be a HOPES patient or have an appointment. Stop by our 4th St. Clinic on the first floor to get screened and schedule your Behavioral Health follow-up.

Please note our Mental Health Access Clinic is NOT a crisis center or emergency support services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can also contact Crisis Support Services for free and confidential support 24/7 by calling or texting 988.

  • Broad Insurance Acceptance – Affordable care, we accept Medicaid, private insurance and offer a sliding fee.

paying for care

HOPES takes most insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. HOPES also cares for uninsured patients. If you don’t have insurance, we use a sliding fee scale which adjusts cost based on what you can afford to pay. Our team meets with all new patients to make sure they can get the care they need.

Northern Nevada HOPES’ Clinics and Pharmacies will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 for Veterans Day. Regular operational hours will resume on Wednesday, 11/12.
