The TPP Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) project. The Coordinator reports to a designated supervisor at their respective Community Health Center (CHC). In addition, they have direct accountability to Nevada Primary Care Association TPP Project Manager to implement the teen pregnancy prevention program in accordance with the grant requirements and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The CHC Site Coordinator will oversee the assessment, planning, TPP evidence based clinical and community based model selection, program implementation, communication dissemination, target audience recruitment, internal quality control activities, performance measure and other evaluation data collection and reporting, and other project management tasks to ensure that the TPP is implemented successfully at all clinic sites of the CHC.
