“Here at HOPES we boldly declare that the forgotten, the ignored, the rejected, the invisible, no matter what your skin color, or your income level or your gender, we say whether you are upper class, middle class, lower class or if society says you have no class whatsoever, you are a human being and that makes you exceptional and here at HOPES you will fit right in.”
— Sharon Chamberlain, CEO of HOPES
Manage your patient account
All current HOPES patients can use the patient portal account to send their doctor, or any medical provider, a message; pay a bill; set up appointment reminders; see test results; and join a telehealth visit. After you become a patient, HOPES will provide you with portal login information.

NOTE: For HMO insurance plans, patients may need to contact their insurance provider to confirm
coverage or assign HOPES as their provider. This is especially recommended when seeking
out-of-network services or specialty care. If insurance is not listed, patients can contact
HOPES or their insurance provider to verify participation.
HOPES accepts patients regardless of insurance status. A self-pay option is available. If you
are uninsured or underinsured, services are also offered through a sliding fee scale based
on your ability to pay.
Walk-in clinic
If you are a HOPES patient in need of a same-day appointment for acute/non-urgent medical care, you may call to see if we have an opening available, or just come to either HOPES clinic and wait to be seen for a visit, on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times may vary, and we cannot guarantee you will be seen.
