National Nutrition Month® is an annual campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During the month of March, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics invites everyone to focus on the importance of making informed food choices, developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

This year’s National Nutrition Month theme is, “Eat Right Bite By Bite.”
