HOPES Social Services

At Social Services, a dedicated team of five case managers and two support staff helps clients navigate a variety of programs and services. Each case manager has a unique area of expertise, ensuring that all of our clients will receive the help that they need. Services offered include a client resource center, support groups, mental health counseling, housing and insurance assistance, a food pantry and garden, and transportation. The Prevention and Outreach team offers free HIV testing onsite and at various rehabilitation centers and community events throughout the year.
